Shipping Policy:
Shipping costs and delivery times are dependent on the shipping choice and shipping country. Standard shipping in the U.S. is free and orders will arrive in approximately 3-5 days. We also offer overnight shipping within the U.S. and the cost is determined by the quantity ordered. All shipping charges will be present in the shopping cart portion of the website.

Shipping charges outside of the U.S. will be determined when a shipping country is chosen in the shopping cart and are based on quantity, shipping choice, and shipping country.

Return Policy:
VitiGone.com cannot guarantee that our products will work for every skin tone and/or skin type. Therefore, we have been forced to implement the following Return and Cancellation Policy:
If your order has not been charged, you will not incur any additional fees. If your order has been charged, but has not shipped, you will incur a 10% cancellation fee to absorb merchant processing transaction fees.

If your order has shipped, you will be refunded when unused product has been returned to VitiGone.com. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns of unused product. Individuals unsatisfied with the results of VitiGone will be refunded 50% of product cost, less shipping fees.

We apologize for the need to implement additional return and cancellation fees. VitiGone.com will continue to develop new and innovative products to help individuals with Vitiligo and other various skin disorders. We thank you for your support.

Privacy Policy:
Information gathered by this site is kept strictly confidential and is intended for VitiGone use (in the order and follow-up process) only. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, nor will it be sold as part of a contact or "opt-in" list. The above applies to all customers, as well as any participating health practitioner or pharmacist. This policy covers all information including, but not limited to, all order details, email list sign-ups, clinic and practitioner profiles, and any phone or email correspondence with VitiGone customer service. If you have any further questions regarding this policy, please contact

Future Products Being Developed:
VitiGone is actively developing new products for vitiligo and other skin ailments. Future products will include long lasting creams possessing sunscreen, as well as shade options. We will also be producing fade creams that will diminish the presence of liver spots. If you have any suggestions concerning future products, please contact our
Customer Service Department.

Business Opportunities:
There are many opportunities for business development with VitiGone. We are always looking for internet partners and affiliates. More information can be found by going to the

Payment Options:
Currently we accept major credit cards and US and International Money Orders. At this time we do not accept personal checks as they add to shipping times. We hope to offer more payment options in the near future.

How To Enable/Delete Cookies:
If an error has occurred in the checkout phase of your order process there could be a few contributing factors. One could be that your session may have "timed out". From the time you enter the shopping cart, you have 30 minutes to complete the order. The other, may relate to your "Cookies" settings.

Internet Explorer - To enable your "Cookies," click on the tools tab at the top of any open window (not your mailbox). Within there, click on the internet options tab. Select the top tab privacy, which will open the custom options. Click on the advanced button, then check the override cookie handling box. All you need to do now is check the accept boxes in both the first party cookie and third party cookie colums, and check the always allow session cookies box at the bottom. When you have done this, click OK and exit the windows.

To delete your "Cookies", click on the tools tab at the top of any open window (not your mailbox). Within there, click on the internet options tab. Here you will find a button which says Delete Cookies. Click this button (it may take a minute for this to be completed).

Netscape - From the Edit menu select Preferences, click Advanced, check the box next to "Accept All Cookies", click OK. After this is finished, please go back to our home page and begin to place your order from there. This should take care of the problem. However, if you still experience any problems, please
